Scoring depends on the number of participants and it's connected with fixed point ratio system. Driving slower car doesn't mean you don't have the chance to good points.

Example:

Points are distributed from the bottom to the top as follows

10 drivers event

1 - 13 (point gap between 1st and 2nd is always 3)
2 - 10 (point gap between 2nd and 3rd is always 2)
3 - 8
4 - 7
5 - 6
6 - 5
7 - 4
8 - 3
9 - 2
10 - 1

15 drivers event

1 - 18 (point gap between 1st and 2nd is always 3)
2 - 15 (point gap between 2nd and 3rd is always 2)
3 - 13
4 - 12
5 - 11
6 - 10
7 - 9
8 - 8
9 - 7
10 - 6
11 - 5
12 - 4
13 - 3
14 - 2
15 - 1

...and so on.

Only drivers who covered at least 50% race distance score. Anyway, scoring begins from the bottom to the top according to the number of participants.

10 drivers event

1 - 13 (point gap between 1st and 2nd is always 3)
2 - 10 (point gap between 2nd and 3rd is always 2)
3 - 8
4 - 7
5 - 6
6 - 5
7 - 4
8 - 0 (50% race distance not covered)
9 - 0 (50% race distance not covered)
10 - 0 (50% race distance not covered)

Then points are multiplied by fixed point ratio as follows:

10 drivers event

Car A - fixed point ratio: 1.0 (faster car)
Car B - fixed point ratio: 1.2 (average car)
Car C - fixed point ratio: 1.4 (slower car)

1 - 13 - Car A x1.0 =13
2 - 10 - Car C x1.4 =14
3 - 8 - Car B x1.2 =9.6
4 - 7 - Car A x1.0 =7
5 - 6 - Car A x1.0 =6
6 - 5 - Car B x1.2 =6
7 - 4 - Car C x1.4 =5.6
8 - 3 - Car A x1.0 =3
9 - 2 - Car A x1.0 =2
10 - 1 - Car B x1.2 =1.2
