Qualy: P1

Good first lap in 1:28.6 to take provisional pole position, but Mikko beat that so push hard in my final attempt to make a 1:28.1 and take pole position. I was aware that Paul also beat my previous lap when I was on last sector of my final attempt.

Race: P2 (Fastest Lap)

Not a good start loosing the place to Mikko and also lost place to Paul on first lap so I was 3rd before Paul spun and hit the wall. After that I was second but 3-4 seconds behind Mikko so I pushed hard to reduce the gap. I caught him and we have a great battle all race we switched positions and we had some little touches because we were at limit but a fair battle. Finally on last lap Mikko overtook me in a move that surprised me when I see him taking the inside line and I was careful because I was aware that he was fighting for title. I try to follow him to have a chance to have an overtake chance but he defended well and he won the race and championship. Well deserved. Congratulations.

Thanks to everyone of this season!
One of the best races here in simracers for me.

Q: Aitor and Paul made really good qualification times. Wasn't sure if capable to get in front row. Had one decent lap and it came out 2:28;2. This time i tought had pole position but Aitor made eaven better lap.

R: Knew that big hp cars will have advantage in Bathurst. Setting up bmw:s gearbox to this track wasn't easy and had to compromise.
First gear up to +130km/h isn't ideal gear to start and i was sure im not going to get holeshot. Don't know what happened but after first corner i was in the lead and made little gap to others.
Started to feel too good and made few easy mistakes. Aitor catched me and after while made pass. I think after that the Race started.
Had to really think where i can make pass bechause in straight i had no chanse and in the braking zones i were almost every time too far to strike. I felt clearly faster in curvy section of the track but there was no room and Aitor had such lines that made overtaking nearly impossible or too risky.
Had few big moments but nothing too big to lose control. Such a big pleasure to race so closely, thanks to Aitor for that. Little bumps belong to car racing.
Here is the battle between us from my point of wiev.

Lets have another HGT season ;)
