May not race this afternoon. Sorry but I'm not feeling up to it.

I've just practiced and have no strength in my arms to control the car. FMS strikes again :(

Seem like I crashed.

I was confortable in points and felt I was in a safe position to time attack an go for a fastest lap in the beginning of the race, so I pushed... and the wall didn't move.
Stupid crash, but no regrets! See ya'll next season!

First get well soon Paul and congrats Matheus to the title.

Now to my race. Quali was ok, did a 48,7 which was in range of my personal best. That was P8 and was ok because I put my focus on the race pace.
My start was good but the inside line was not the place to be, therefore Juan Manuel passed me on the outside. But I hold my position because Ales explored the grassland a few corners later (respect for the recovery).

Soon after that there was a train behind Laszlo. Csaba, Juan Manuel and I were close behind him and tried to gain a position. Which was quite impossible and each of us was aware not to hit someone. That slowed us down and lead into the rise of Jorge :woohoo:
He had a very late brakingpoint into turn one therefore I let the door wide open and repassed him with more drive. That was a wake-up call and made me a bit nervous and lead into a few little errors. But other than in Valle d´itra I didn´t cracked under his pressure.

In the meantime Laszlo was gone and Juan Manuel had a spin out of the last turn in addition to Matheus crash, I gained three positions. I thought maybe it´s time to leave Jorge behind and try to chase Csaba, which means to push. The first thing worked, the second not, Csaba was too fast. Therefore I decided to bring it home.

Thank you Marek for hosting but now that I´m finally happy with my race pace it´s time to retire. ;)

Maybe I will be back later in the year. Have fun!

I lost it in the second corner in the first lap, went off on the grass and end up in paddock. :) To get back to the track I had to overcome high bank and I lost more then half a minute. At the second half of the race I finnaly catch other cars and had nice-hard-contact battle with Jorge Herrera during the last two laps.

grats to winner, looking forward to next season. I would love to see old Brno circuit on the list. ;) it´s long, hard open circuit, and it´s also my hometown :)

Qualy: P3

Surprised to be in TOP3 after doing a best lap of 1:48.1. Improving my practice time in 0.7 secs.

Race: P3

Good start and surprised that my pace was good enough to stay close to P2 and keep a good battle with Toni to retain my podium slot. After Matheus retirement the battle for the lead was there but I had to defend from Toni that me trying to catch Marek. In a great battle with Toni, one move by mistake by Toni cost him a spin after we touch, I stay P2 but Marek gain some seconds that I couldn't recover. After that my main target was keep a good pace to avoid Toni's return but he had a very good pace and when he was going to arrive to me, I did a mistake and give him the place. I save the car from a spin and crash but lost to much time. After that with I was more aware from Csaba from P4 than trying to catch drivers ahead.
P3 a great finish for a good season.

At last! The first win since 21th May 2017 (my ex-wife's birthday, haha!). Due to Paul Anstey absence I knew I can be 2nd, qualification proved it. In the race I started enough to keep 2nd place after first turn. I almost kept Matheus pace, but surprisingly Aitor and Toni were very fast too. After Matheus retirement I decided to drive smooth and not on the limit, because lap by lap I built the advantage over Aitor, which grew up to 6 s. I saw he fought with Toni hard. It actually was good for me, but I aslept comparing my lazy laptimes to awesome Toni's pace. On the lap 20 he finally overtook Aitor and drove almost 1s. per lap better than me. Considering the gap between us (6 s.) and lap number to go, I decided to keep my smooth driving rather than to race on the limit. I brought me success, despite of only 0.270 s. gap between me and Toni at the finish line, but Toni likes photo-finishes.

Nice end of the glorious (but unlucky for me) season.
