Here are my times during testing at this track

Corvette Stingray ZL1..............................2:18.743
Ford Capri 3100 RS...................................2.19.011
Pantera Factory...........................................2.19.037
BMW Schnitzer '74....................................2.19.514
Pantera GTS.............................................2.19.706
Porsche 911 RST 2.8...............................2.20.020

Only have the setup for the Ford Capri 3100 RS. Not sure where the other setups are. I'll try and find them. For now here's the link to the setup for the Capri

www.mediafire.com/file/ehuzo81zebyq43c/R...d%20Capri%20Only.rar

These setups were done quickly an I'm sure further refinements can make them better.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you use them :)

I also have some setups from mid season testing, for this track. They're not optimized. Think of these as alternatives to Paul's if his cars doesn't suit you.

Thanks Matheus :)

Is there a setup whiz kid amongst us?

Come on guys feel free to share your own setups. It can only make the racing closer and better. This league is brilliant but lets make it better and help each other become better drivers.

I will post my hot lap replay files later.

You can merge your own hot lap replay file with mine or others by using this tool downloaded from here

www.rfactorlive.co.uk/main.php?page=downloads#rfVCRmerge

This tool allows you to synchronise your lap files with another drivers. This helps to show where time is gained and lost on any particular lap. You can synchronise to the start of the lap or the start of sector 2 or 3. I used to great effect many years ago to see where I was loosing time. You do have to put some graft in but it can pay off with better lap times. Take a look at turn in, apex, what gear the drivers in vs yours (difficult because of setups to closely match but may give you some idea). Especially look at lines through compound corners. This is where one corner runs straight into another and maybe a 3rd. Maggots, Beckets, and Chapel at Silverstone come to mind. Get the first corner wrong and you can wave goodbye to a good lap time.

Remember if you are in a session with someone else and you have the save replays option set to ON you will have the information within the replay file of the other drivers in that session. You can then use this tool to merge your hot lap with there's and see the differences.

I will pull this info out of this thread and put it in the general area but as everyone will be looking here for the next event I'll also leave it here.

Hope this helps. :)

The times above were set on the default setup apart from the Ford Capri. Looks like I never went back to test further with adjusted setups hence no setup files are available for these cars. Hope to put this right before the weekend :)

I also don't have any replay files. Again I'll put in my hot lap files once I've created them.

Hope this helps someone. Let us know if it has then I'll know to keep giving you this info. If no one responds I'll keep this all to myself. ;)

Laptime 2:17.8 with almost default setup. I'm not good in making setups, but ask for it if you want to test.

Jolly nice lap there. Tally Ho! (Done in my best British 1960's commentator accent) ;)

How do you convert replay files to YouTube video?

Bandicam to catch it -> Virtual Dub to compress it -> Sony Vegas Pro for final cut.
