Well, about Kyalami, I like the track, I will probably be at the back though.
We'll all see how the cars picking go but I feel comfortable either in the Arrows A2 or Ensign N177(in this at least I won't get anything worse than 0 in progression and that's what I'm concerned the most about in this race) and I'm getting quicker at a steady rate. Hmm might be interesting to race here with all the fast speed corners and really nice braking needing concentration all the time :) .

hmmm i might be wrong,
but i entered the server and got a mismatch, i know i have kyalami 2.5 installed i hope we are using it.... much better than 2.0

tho for some reason they have no dload links

i see your link in the league goes to mega upload for 2.0 tracks, there are several 2.5 updates
kyalami's update is spectacular

silverstone is 2.5
and 2 others i think : official GPC updates

i thought everybody now used the 2.5's oh dijon 2.5 is also out, these came out about a year or more ago

I know about it, Rusty.

We had 2.5 version before but many drivers joined the server and got mismatch (they still had 2.0 version). I suppose we have lost a few drivers due to having 2.5 version on server.

That's why I put 2.0 version now. Just to recruit new members, if possible.

There are two options for us:

1. We move Kyalami one week later (official race) and keep 2 weeks of 2.0 version and 2.5 version enters the server in the 3rd week (when qualifying starts).

2. Allow mismatches for both versions.

Kaacper posłuchaj starego frustrata....

NIe katuj się na Kyalami słabym autem bo nic Ci to nie da... nastęny wyścig to jest Long Beach - jak wiadomo bardzo kręty tor. Stawka się tu jeszcze bardziej zacieśnia niż w przypadku ZOLDER.

W tym momencie jako że wybierasz prawie ostatni, to nawet jeśli trafi Ci się średnio dobre auto to je bierz. Wystarczy że ukończysz wyścig to progresja na Long Beach jakaś tam będzie no i auto jakieś tam będzie też.. Bo niby czemu masz spisywać kyalami na straty tylko po to żeby nazbierać progresje na tak ciasny tor jak Long Beach gdzie Wolf jedzie tak samo jak Williams.

Zaś..... nad wyborem auta na LongBeach możesz się zastanowić już bo później masz Buenos, a to jest szybki tor.... i tam coś lepszego się przyda...

Trzeba jeszcze pamiętać, że progresja jest liczona dla bolidów, które są w stawce, a nie które miejsce zajmują na teoretycznej liście. Czyli jeśli Kacper będzie wybierał ostatni, nie ma znaczenia, czy wybierze najlepsze auto z pozostałych, czy najsłabszego Ensigna N177 - progresję będzie miał taką samą.

Click on "GPC Kyalami", although stats from yesterday are not saved yet.

I think the best drivers in the best cars wil beat 1:08. I did 1:09.7 in Wolf and 1:08.7 in RS12.

i like idea of 2.o then 2.5 for 3rd week, i can practice offline until 3rd week...
i think it's important that we use the latest official versions... Mainly in this case, because the overall quality is much better in 2.5 Kya.
Not sure but since the 2.5 is a complete rebuild, if we allow mismatches here there will be strange things like floating cars above or below track surface, and perhaps a difference in laptimes i remember 1:06's in the old version not so easy in 2.5

I was a huge fan of 2.5 version until yesterday evening. GOing back to 2.0 again showed me how enjoyable Kyalami can be...... (I almost forgot how good the track is)

The 2.5 has a better graphics but only a little... but... the grip of the track is changed. There are more bumps... The geometry has been changed in the last section, it isn't that smooth..

2.5 feels so wrong.... it ruins the idea of a fast flowing track, which Kyalami should be....

I think you should drive 2.0...
