Loved the car and track selection. Can't race this time, though.

I have a suggestion that I think many will agree: more time between the end of the qualification session and the start of the race. I believe something between 5 and 10 minutes will be enough but if someone has a different perspective would be nice to hear.
Why: sometimes drivers arrive late to the server, occasionally even during the qualifying session. Besides the pressure of having everything /hardware/software) ready to make some fast laps as soon as he sits in the chair and the pc boots up, there is also immediately after the pressure of being ready to race 2 minutes after the end of the qualif session. And in those 2 minutes a lot of things must fit: smoking a cigarette before race to relax, going to toilette, fixing something on the pc that isn't right for the race, like FFB or pedals not working, a slow connection that needs a router or pc restart, etc etc. Bottom line, 2 minutes just isn't enough and maybe a lot of first corner accidents could be avoided if drivers had some time after qualifying to relax a little and releasing pressure instead of building more.
In my opinion, 5 minutes would be enough as the necessary minimum, but 10 minutes would be ideal to allow those who arrived last minute and qualified under pressure to do their stuff before racing and being able to have 3 or 4 spare minutes after toilette to smoke and/or relax before joining the starting grid.

Antonio, as you know, warm up is set to 15 minutes ALWAYS. Especially for those who must go to the toilet or do something extraordinary. For me as an admin I set it like this because of grid setting sometimes (penalties) or sudden technical problems.
I don't get the statement "some people join the server lately and want to make some laps". This is racing, even at PC, it requires serious treatment. Of course, if somebody would be late and asks me for doing some laps - no problem.
Our normal race/warm up routine is ALWAYS the same. Warm up is set to 15 minutes but we should be ready and focused just after the qualify and start the race after 2 minutes of warm up (13 minutes to go).
