How is Historic GT&TC league invented?

Historic GT&TC league has its season parts. It started with Winter 2011. These seasons are divided on parts. Each part has 4 races in a row.


Which day is a official race day?

HGTTC league official races are held bi-weekly on Tuesdays, at 21:00 CET (qualifying).


HGTTC 1.9 have car classes. Is the car selection free?

HGTTC 1.9 has its own car classes within the mod. Although the car selection is generally free, admins can limit the car use in classes and make only some of them available. Detailed information about the car use is published before the race as early as possible.


How is the scoring?

The scoring is as follows:

1st place - 40 points
2nd - 32
3rd - 26
4th - 22
5th - 18
6th - 16
7th - 14
8th - 13
9th - 12
10th - 11
11th - 10
12th - 9
13th - 8
14th - 7
15th - 6
16th - 5
17th - 4
18th - 3
19th - 2
20th - 1

+2 additional points for Pole Position
+1 additional points for Fastest Lap


What weight penalties do?

There are weight penalties for the top drivers. It is as follows:

1 place - + 40 kg,
2 place - + 30 kg,
3 place - + 20 kg,
4 place - + 10 kg,
5 - 0 kg,
6 - 10 kg,
7 - 20 kg,
8 - 30 kg,
9 - 40 kg,
10 and more - -40 kg
maximum weight load = 80 kg

The weight penalties concern each class simultaneously. Players can have the different weights added in each class.


Are the different classes used in the same race?

No. Each race is run with only one chosen class. These classes are chosen by league admin before each race. The admin can decide which class is used in the following race by publishing pre-race briefing on forum.


How about the driver's classification?

There is a one common inter-class classification. Each part included 4 races in a row, no matter what class is used in a single race. Three different classifications levels are:

1. Annual Classification - contains all the points scored in all races in the year. It will start on 1st January 2012. In this year (2011) there won't be Anual Classification done.
2. Season Classification - contains all the points scored in a single season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter).
3. Part Classification - contains all the points scored in a single part of the season (WR2011 Part 1, WR2011 Part 2, etc.)

In addition, each class will have its own classification regarding to Annual Classification, published at the end of the racing year.


How does the penalty system work?

Protests must be written on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., until every next race day (Wednesday) until 24:00 CET. Although admins can penalize the drivers not only regarding to the protests itself. If anyone did something wrong - it can by judged even there is no protest lodged. Penalties points are given from 1 to 40, depending on accident, and it is substracted from championship points. F.e. if somebody will hit the other driver's car causing his retirement - he can lose up to 40 points of classification. This means the "dirty" driver can have his points zeroed if he will cause many accidents.
