This works with EOAA GT, Indycar95,EpsilonEuskardi, Historick GT, Caterham ,GPC79, F1 1991 HE DRM and meny more.

To get to the Windows settings go to Control Panel\Game Controllers.. highlight your wheel then press Properties and then press Settings.
100% overall, 0% spring and 0% damper. Center spring 0% but put a tick in "Enable Centering Spring in Force Feedback Games.. I am using 900' for my wheel. (Fanatec GT3 RS)

The Controller.ini can be opened with notepad and found in X:\Program Files\rFactor\UserData\YourName\Controller.ini

Numpad 1, 2, 3 - RealFeelMix -10%, Toggle RealFeel On/Off, RealFeelMix +10%
Hold Left Control and...
Numpad 7, 8, 9 - MaxForceAtSteeringRack decrease 1000N, Reset Min/Max, increase 1000N
Numpad 4, 5, 6 - SteeringDamper decrease (10 steps), Reset to Min (max damping = no FFB), increase (10 steps)

These HotKeys only work when in RealTime mode, i.e. out on track.

This is easy way to alter your Controller.ini settings without having to restart the game and without overwriting any button mappings, so by the way I will describe below one gets very portable FFB settings. Here's how you do it

Create a skeleton Controller file in \UserData\Controller, i.e. C:\Program Files\rFactor\UserData\Controller\RealFeel FFB.ini, and only put the lines of interest in there. The file I am using looks exactly like this, no more no less:
